Prior to this, he worked at Deutsche Bank for over nine years, where he built and led international cyber defense & investigations teams focusing on cybercrime, malware, supply chain, data loss, insider threat, and fraud.

As Director Brand Marketing at Blue Farm and former Head of Brand Marketing at Amorelie, Lina is an expert in strategic brand management and marketing & communication campaigns. She is also the host/co-producer of several podcasts and TV and radio voice actress for various companies from different industries. She recently co-founded the brand agency Klub Kastell with her former Amorelie colleague, Kathleen Hermsdörfer. The duo’s strength lies in developing brand strategies and brand visions.
Lina studied Society and Business Communication at Berlin University of the Arts.
Kathleen has a strong track record of many years as a consultant in brand strategy, brand management and brand development - her clients range from Dax 30 companies to medium-sized family businesses and startups, across all industries. After having founded her own wedding-proposal event agency, Ankern, she recently co-founded brand agency Klub Kastell with her former Amorelie-colleague, Lina Marie Gralka. The duo’s strength lies in developing brand strategies and brand visions.

As the VP Sales at HR-tech unicorn Personio, Oliver is an expert when it comes to sales and marketing in the B2B space. His expertise lies in defining sales strategies, scaling sales organizations, and optimizing sales funnels throughout the entire customer sales journey. Throughout his career in B2B SaaS he has scaled GTM organizations targeting SME’s as well as enterprise customers.
As the Managing Director and COO at Teleclinic and previously Managing Director and VP Product & Branding at Stylight, Max is a digital product and marketing expert with over 10 years of experience in leading product, data-driven marketing, strategy, and business development teams.

Ron has in-depth experience at high-growth tech companies in SaaS, social networking, ecommerce, and fintech. He led pre-IPO engineering teams at Twitter, Salesforce, and BigCommerce. Most recently he was VP Engineering at Carta, where he was responsible for their flagship product: Equity Plan Management.
Ron has a Master of Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also an advisor and investor in early-stage startups.

Val brings significant experience in product-driven growth, acquisition loops, customer engagement, business development, product, and technology.
